     The Personality       Citrine is a hopelessly hopeful optimist, always expecting the best of people. They are kind and tolerant, to a fault. While they aren't a pacifist in the strictest sense, this young, religiously inclined wanderer will almost always balk and question orders to kill, no matter who gave them to them. A strong defender of rehabilitation, Citrine leans towards sober, but is not against fun. They just prefer good clean fun, not at anyone’s expense. Ask them about their favorite Dad Jokes.

Requirements: Please reach out to me if you want to plot this their Venue is currently only open by appointment. Aponaxia, a word dervied from the dual meaninings of the words "Ataraxia" (Fullfillment, free from anxiety) and "Apathiea" (freedom from unhealthy passions), is the basis of Citrine's niche Sharlayan field of study. Here, you will not find Archon bread (though they appreciate it conceptually), but instead food cooked to satisfy your body, lessons to teach you to thrive, and gentle conversation to help you process your life. Requirements: None. The Temple of Menphina was a rock beneath their feet for almost a year, and their promotions to the priesthood and then beyond to the ranks of management came as something of a proud but confusing honor to them. They threw themself into their work at the temple and gained a reputation as a dedicated agent of Menphina before stepping down to pursue their personal dream of helping adventurers heal. While that Safehouse is now being cared for by more capable (NPC) hands, Citrine is still very devout, and an appreciation for love rules their motivations and decisions.      ❦ Knitting Away Anxiety

Requirements: None. Citrine exudes a comfortable sort of calm. Maybe it’s because they've never met an enemy, only a friend they don’t know the name of yet, but many people can’t help but be soothed by their casual nature. They're also prone to open acts of kindness: they do not try to hide their drive to help others, but neither are these actions only for show. If they help you it is because they want to, not because they have ulterior motives. Honestly, they're just not smart enough for that.      ❦ Defiant Kindness
Requirements: None, but obviously, some exceptions apply. In order to be truly tolerant, we must be intolerant of intolerance. Citrine, in any other time, might be an anarchist. Yes, they follow their own set of internal rules and morals, but they believe in the laws of love over the laws of the land. A life without love is no life at all and they will pick up their sword and fight for the right for everyone to be loved and live fulfilling lives.      ❦ More Love Than Brains
Requirements: None. Citrine knows what they believe and is always open to new ideas and suggestions, but ultimately, it can take a bit for them to learn and understand new things. Perhaps you’ve seen them struggle with words and idioms, then turn around and spout simple wisdom beyond their years. Also, likely they would try to help any criminal or deviant to understand their mistakes, to rehabilitate them rather than kill them on sight. They might even pose a threat to their own comrades in arms, if they felt strongly enough about redeeming someone. Citrine’s conviction is a truly admirable trait, but they are guileless and sometimes easily duped. Subtlety is a foreign creature to them.
